Financial Aid Administrators must make reasonable decisions that align with the provision's intent, and the school is responsible for ensuring all PJ decisions are fully documented. This will comply with DOE regulations and school will keep it for auditing purposes. 

C-codes has to be resolved with proper documentation and written statements.

A FAFSA application should be completed as soon as it is published on 10/01. For the first time in history, this year it was published sooner.

Keeping your team informed and motivated will generate a better customer service within the other departments. This process will result on having excellent feedback from students.
