One important role of an online teacher is to help students be successful by monitoring a student's progress compared to the necessary rate of completion based on the time available for the course.

I had not considered the effect of a student's typing ability as a barrier to participation in synchronous chats.  The use of real-time video meetings can overcome this barrier.

I plan on incorporating the suggested student biography assignment into my online classes.

A dynamic course will have well structure content that is easy to navigate and allows students to actively participate in content while receiving timely feedback concerning completed activities.
