I have gained several resources where I can direct myself to to evaluate my CTE Program of Study. Giving me direction and broadening my perspective on the resources that are out there for both my POS and other teachers in my CTE program that they can use. I have gained a new view on what the Perkins V is all about. 

There are pros and cons of asynchronous and synchronous learning methods and the better the teacher is in knowing these methods and recognizing it in real time benefits the learners in the end, creating a better learning environment.

I believe taking the opportunity at the beginning of the course to introduce yourself and your credentials of both the instructor and the students is a very good way to start making connections for the rest of the course. Just because you are not all sitting in the same room doesn't mean you can't make those connections and use those connections to enhance learning throughout the course, both with the instructor and fellow students. 

When delivering content to an online audience in an e-learning way, you have to think very carefully about the delivery of the content and you have to make sure that the information you are putting out to your students is very clear and easy to understand. Make sure your navigation is easily understood and it's the same throughout the course.
