Instructor motivation is key. Meaning, try to motivate students throughout the online course in many different ways. 

There are many areas of life-long learning associated with skilled trade workers that is just the same as any student attending a four year college. 

Online learning can be customized for each student. This offers a greater level of integrated and connected learning. 

There are many tools for learning a trade that can be completed online, such as simulation and VR. This is very helpful to know. 

Lifelong learning skills are crucial even for students going to work in the trade fields. 

This idea of a VI is truly intriguing. Those with disabilities could really benefit from a VI.

The idea of a VI is new to me. I never thought about it. I also did not realize there are fake VI jobs posted out there too. 

I really did not realize how many different types of evaluation methods are out there. At times it seems like too much and would be overwhelming. Best to pick one or two I think. 

I really like the idea if a quick question to answer in the middle of learning that is ungraded. Or possible a quick check in question that is also ungraded. 

I like the idea of asking students how to improve the syllabus. This is a great idea. I was thinking a poll to see if a majority of the students in the course agree with the ideas.
