Steve, Hi! This is a great question. This course is designed to better prepare you in the area of compliance. Many times faculty members are not aware of the compliance regulations and/or feel that all of the issues occur at the front or the back end of a student's academic career. Research has shown that faculty and staff are equally responsible for compliance and anyone can inadvertently misrepresent a program or a service offered at the school. Mary, Correct, it is seen as unethical to pressure people that are economically disadvantaged because too many times the burden of stress clouds the decision making process. Cindy Bryant
