Steve, Hi! This is a great question. This course is designed to better prepare you in the area of compliance. Many times faculty members are not aware of the compliance regulations and/or feel that all of the issues occur at the front or the back end of a student's academic career. Research has shown that faculty and staff are equally responsible for compliance and anyone can inadvertently misrepresent a program or a service offered at the school.
