Brian, Separation of duties is by far one of the most important actions to support ethical conduct. There are several departments that are separated by design not withstanding admissions and financial aid, they include education, registrar, internship and career services. For example, educators assign the grades but the registrar inputs them into the system, education manages internships and career services observes the students progress in order to assist the student with employment. Brittany, Performance checks should be seen as a tool to keep a college on the right path. Your attitude toward performance checks is refreshing. It is good to know that you welcome them and value their worth in our industry. Cindy Bryant
Elizabeth, Training your admissions team is the first step in preparing your college for success. They are the frontline and have the ability to easily gain the students trust. It is imperative that they provide factual information. Another critical area of training is to ensure that admissions and education are consistent in their messages to the students. Education is responsible to deliver what is spoken in admissions. These combined training elements will help your college minimize problems and complaints. Cindy Bryant
