Melinda, Excellent observation, anytime a several students experience similar issues they tend to share their experiences and if these issues are not resolved in a timely fashion they feel disrespected. This is when students are more inclined to go to the media for resolution. The key is to address and resolve student concerns quickly. Cindy Bryant
