Lois, It is nice to know that you have been so proactive in your position.
Tamika, Could you share an example of how referrals should be handled?
Kathryn, A few of your peers have mentioned that social media has been highly effective in procurring referrals.
Rachel, Creating a list of desireable features would allow the student to make a decision that s/he is comfortable with.

Lois, Thank you for your thorough response. In your opinion, do you feel that positive media has the same impact as negative media? Why or Why not?
Meridy, Admissions teams are the first point of contact for a campus and their ability to provide accurate information about the programs (through disclosures) sets the tone for the students academic experience. I tink it is important that you cover the disclosures in a variety of ways.

Kathryn, Instructor evaluations are a great source for problem solving. Many institutions will combine instructional feedback with facility feedback. The key is to address the issues as you have outlined. Some surveys are conducted anonymously which creates a challenge for the institution.

Zack, This seems to work well. I am sure that the site is reviewed for compliance.
Kevin, Thank you
Rachel, Displaying the compliance information in public is very creative. Admissions has aways been a highly scripted department. These scripts are designed to protect the student and the representative.
