Charles, Teaching is a highly individualized activity, and the student-teacher interaction is an intense human relationship that encompasses a broad range of personalities and behaviors. There is no “best” or “most effective” teaching style which will work well for all teachers. I am glad to hear that you have found what is effective in your classroom.
