Hi Aaron,

As Vice President of Compliance of MaxKnowledge I would like to personally thank you for participating in CM202 Ohio Rules and Regulations for Admissions Agents. I am also excited that you felt that it was a great course.

I would like to take this opportunity to address a few of your concerns. MaxKnowledge, Inc. created this course at no cost to the state. The state did review and approve the content. This insures that all admissions representatives are receiving  consistent training throughout the state. The cost of the training is paid for by the individual institutions.

William, I would be curious to know how your perception has been influenced. While I understand your comments I have never been affiliated with an organization that actually used a "bait and switch" technique. I totally agree that the Department's focus should be to protect the students best interest.
Deidre, Bringing technology into the classroom has been long overdue. Great!
Danielle, Team building is an effective tool for bringing people together and creating synergy.
