Mariko, There may be people in your organization that rarely get positive feedback regarding their work they never get to enjoy the spotlight! For some of the staff, this may be challenging and it may take a while, but if you look hard and long enough, even the weakest performer has something they did well. What are some ways that would keep the momentum going?
Wil, Teams are much more effective when the members are united in overcoming challenges and figuring out how they can achieve their objectives rather than dwelling on all the problems and obstacles that stand in their way.

John, The accrediting agency is a gatekeeper for compliance. Once trust is lost it is almoat impossible to restore.
