Stephanie, Many young students are finding it hard to cope with their finances today. Most are working two jobs just to keep their life afloat. They rely on financial aid to assist them with their educational expenses. The unkind media exposure has impacted students education to a greater degree than we may be aware.

We expect our students to maintain the highest standards of professionalism in the classroom, in clinical settings, in the community, and in related public settings. All that you do and say, and the way you present yourself visually either elevates or diminishes your professional image in the eyes of others. In addition, what each of us does affects the way all of us are viewed.

Florene, Your company has adopted an Open Door Policy for all studentss. This means, literally, that every manager's door is open to every student. The purpose of the open door policy is to encourage open communication, feedback, and discussion about any matter of importance to an student. The open door policy should mean that students are free to talk with any manager at any time.

Katherine, Advertising plays an essential part in all market economies. It stimulates growth and innovation, encourages competition and increases consumer choice. It is a swift and efficient means of making consumers aware of necessary information. To fulfil this important task, advertising must enjoy a high level of consumer trust and confidence; it must be legal, decent, honest and truthful. If consumers are misled by advertising they have the right to hold the institution liable. Mariko, On several occasions I have had to research questions for students and employees. I was always able to give them a timeline as to when I would get back with them. In the end they appreciated my hard work and promptness.

Dennis, New employees are must vulnerable to misrepresentatin for the reasons you mention, lack of training or lack of knowledge as to who can help.
