Antonio, It is much easier to manage processes on smaller scale. If you train your team and everyone understands their role in the process it proves to be effective at any level.
Lori, Your comment makes me wonder if everyone would adopt that same philosphy would we need these regulations today.

General, You are correct false information will give the studen a bad taste and run the risk of not attending and institution that could have been perfect for them.
Maureen, According to your peers you are correct. General does a very good job of explaing the 2nd hase of DNC.
General, Thank you for the clarification. This will answer questions for many of your peers.
Lori, Based on the course content companies with an existing business relationship (enrolled in your institution)with an individual may call that person for up to 18 months after the last purchase, payment, or delivery, unless the person asks the company to quit calling. Companies may contact a person up to 3 months after the person submits an inquiry or application (prospective student)to the company, unless the person requests the company not to call. Most institutionss do not "cold call" individuals. Once the student requests that you cease contact you must do so.

Tammy, Your statement regarding employment is very important. As covered Section 668.74 Employability of graduates...Misrepresentation regarding the employability of an eligible institution’s graduates includes, but is not limited to,false, erroneous, or misleading statements concerning an institution’s relationship with an employer, future plans, current employment conditions, to name a few.
Rachel, There have been several studies conductd on the poer of positive reinforcement. Positive reinforcement can be a small as "great job" or a gesture.

Mary, Role modeling is an educational experience. According to author Daniel Rose, role model education is not concerned with the imparting of knowledge and information, as one might expect from an educational context. Rather, its aim is to expose its target groups to specific attitudes, lifestyles and outlooks, and, in particular, to individuals in which these attitudes and lifestyles are embodied.
