Chuck, There will always be a select few that are only satisfied by going to the top echelon. What is most important is that the majority understand the procedures and the follow up is thorough and concise.
Edward, As mentioned in a previous post, the DNC rules cite that you may call that person for up to 3 months after the last inquiry or application. The question is, does a recorded message equate to request to discontinue contact? The rules do not expressly cover this particular activity therefore, you should discuss this with your supervisor or compliance officer.
