Stefanie, Once a student has taken the first step to change their life with education they are so proud that they can't help but share with others.
Robert, This is correct. All compensation that directly or indirectly lead to enrollments is not allowed. Institutions will need to set themselves apart through the quality of education and rely on thier reputation.
