Lonzo, I fully believe that the states intent was to protect students against aggressive admissions and recruitment practices. We understand that all populations can be helped through education, but it is important they are not unduly influenced during a time when they are smost vulnerable.

Philip, Many people/institutions feel that the regulations regarding disclosure will assist the student in making a better decision regarding their education. This alone should have a long term effect on student retention. However, it is to soon to assess the outcomes. In relation to the gainful employment rules the median debt, loan repayment and debt to income ratios have placed an additional burden on the institutions.
