Kerri, Yes the goal is to enroll students who graduate, not only does the student have a higher propensity to terminate from the program, but they are then saddled with the responsibility to repay their loans.
Lilia, Thank you for the additional information on disclosures. I believe that each venue is effective but the "face to face" seminars are a nice touch that delivers a strong message that the institution values the student.

Rasheedah, You may have an idealistic viewpoint but there is definately truth in what you are saying. As an industry you must stand up and be recognized for the outstanidng things that you have done.

Shanna, You are correct people in tougher socio-economic situations are sometimes easily swayed looking for a "quick fix" to their economic hardships.
Philip, I have found that encouraging a mediocre employee will sometimes help them take the next step into becoming an outstanding employee. Food is always good.
Rosemary, This is great information. Having the materials readily available indicates to the students that you value them as customers as well as students.
Rita, Recognition and respect are key factors in employee retention and motivation. Training your employees does show that you respect what they do.
