The persona of admissions is to provide outstanding customer service through education, delivering materials, preparing students for employment, etc. Through placing the student first you will be part of the recruitment process because when a student feels that they are getting the best of "everything" they will share their experiences with friends and relatives. Melissa, The first step would be to review and understand your program disclosures, the second step would be to provide your admissions team with product knowledge training, and fnally to deliver the information in concert with your admissions team.
