Amanda, Even though the individuals may be fit to benefit from training they are in a vulnerable state and may not be able to make the right decision at such time. A few other examples in addition to shelters would be welfare offices, unemployment offices, unemployment agencies, etc. Cindy Bryant
Gloria, I believe if you will review that questions throughout the course you will find questions that relate to your area. Feel free to post a question as a sticky post as well. This will begin dialogue between other employees who do something similar to what you do. How about a post regarding "best practices" when reviewing a file for compliance? Cindy Bryant
