Meredith, I agree that change is always difficult and generally a slow process. As far as the race is concerned the students MUST always be the winners. Cindy Bryant

Katina-this is a common problem for not only small schools but large schools as well. Even with Title IV funding students are still responsible to fund the 'gap' portion of their tuition. This is the portion that financial aid does not cover. The best advice I can offer outside of private investment loans is to make your program as affordable as possible with incremental payment plans. Good luck with your accreditation plans.

Dee, If a student is compelled to vocalize a concern then that issue is important them. In an effort to deliver excellent customer service we must be responsive to these concerns. Everyone wants to be heard. We may even be able to live with the fact that the problem was not resolved in our favor as long as we were given due process. Cindy Bryant
