Carolyn, I couldn't agree with you more but one of the most difficult tasks is to get every graduate to attend exit counseling. Students are excited to be finished and they are ready to move on. It is imperative that an institution be innovative and come up with ways that will entice and ensure attendance in exit interviews. Cindy Bryant

Ronald, Incorporating different teaching methods is an important way to ensure that you are stimulating different learning styles. I love the idea of including technology in the classroom but I sometimes find that such technology hinders our ability to think critically.
