Timothy, It is true that some employees have truly misrepresented the outcomes at their schools. Such behavior is the reason that the media has been so overly attentive to our market. It comes back to the "one bad apple" syndrome. Cindy Bryant

Indhira, One of the most important steps to a qualified staff and faculty is the hiring process. Taking extra time to interview thoroughly is the first step. Once adequate staff and faculty is in place you can build upon the foundation. Cindy Bryant

Jennifer, Ideally, the best way to exit students is in a one-on-one meeting. Unfortunately, this has proven very difficult for larger institutions. How would you propose that a school with 50 or more graduating students at one time handle the situation. Cindy Bryant
