Ronald, You have given your children good advice. It is very difficult to start a new career with debt that you cannot satisfy. The better job we do in counseling students on loan debt and default the better their chances of being more successful. Cindy Bryant

Amani, Hi! It sounds as if you are referring to overall exit interviews as opposed to financial aid exits. Student satisfaction exit surveys are very powerful for any organization. The most important feature of any survey is that they are completed anonymously. People are more willing to be honest and truthful when they know that they will not be singled out. Survey Monkey is a great resource for creating such surveys. Anyone else have any tips or best practices to share? Cindy Bryant

 

Over the past few years, the career college sector has become accustom to full transparency whether it involves tuition or outcomes. Susan, The media has always had a strong impact on how society is influenced. An early example of this would be the protests that occurred during the Viet Nam Conflict. In the early 60's televisions were appearing in every household which enabled the media to televise the atrocities of war on a regular basis. Even though the general public was aware of what happened during wartime they became incited by the images they were viewing ergo protests occurred.
