Amani, Hi! It sounds as if you are referring to overall exit interviews as opposed to financial aid exits. Student satisfaction exit surveys are very powerful for any organization. The most important feature of any survey is that they are completed anonymously. People are more willing to be honest and truthful when they know that they will not be singled out.
