Billie, Hi for someone who doesn't know much about exit interviews you hit the target. :) Great intuition. Cindy Bryant

Sharon, Maybe it's time to rethink the term non-traditional. In your description I realized that the majority of our population is made up of working adults and career-changers which represent the Baby Boomer generation. You have eloquently described the career schools and college industry and what they stand for. Thank you for your participation in the forum. Cindy Bryant

Sylvia, Hi, I would like to raise two points regarding the word discount and it's use in relation to education. First, using the word discount devalues the cost of education which leads the students to believe that the education offered is not worth full tuition. Another point is that it does not represent a fair playing field for all students. If one student is offered a discount they all should be offered a discount-BUT-this discount should be represented in the form of a tuition reduction. Cindy Bryant
Dale, Hi, do you find that many students offer referrals to give the teacher of their choice a pie in the face? Could this be considered an incentive? Cindy Bryant

Charlene, I believe that we have learned that not every individual is geared for the traditional college setting. Many young people want everything faster and career colleges are able to deliver a quality education in a short amount of time. Cindy Bryant
Cleo, An "existing relationship" is where the student enrolled and has a contract (enrollment agreement) with the school. Cindy Bryant
Luther, A school's reputation and actions have always been a critical factor in retention. Now with the Program Integrity rule's focus on transparency retention should become even better. Cindy Bryant
