To verify if the student is getting it, written communication can be used .

Again must have very good communication to make it all work for the instructor and student.

Communication is the main thing that has to be clear, so it has to be correct and clear.. Next there has to be rules that everyone has to abide by .

Communication can be done many different ways, theres no reason why you cant ask your students their way they like to communicate.

I learned the way to deal with different types of students and how different online learners dont all act the the same way.

I actually had no idea the definitions of synchronous and asynchronous. This module help 

ed me learn the definitions and the differeces between the two.

I learned that sharing my biography with my students help to make personal bonds with them and students will know that your experiences are there and respect tens to build because of your information.

I learned that knowing the course material and being prepared will be the best for me and my students.

Online courses are very important because they can get to more people than just a regular go to class.  Testing is a must to keep the student a tuned to where they are in each module.

Online learning is really good but students need more stimuli to keep them engaged in continual learning.
