I learned that the best approach is the "do it once, do it right" method where you make notes and organize information in your resource notebook as you go, instead of waiting until the end and then going back through the information.

I learned that formal marketing plans, while highly recommended and usually a good idea, are not actually a requirement and schools can opt to forego them so long as they are compliant with all other regulations.

I learned the importance of communicating everything to the student in a clear and concise manner without skipping over any important details. It's our responsibility to ensure that potential students understand exactly how the program works, so we need to be organized so that we can access documentation quickly to provide an accurate answer.

I learned that regulations are constantly changing, making it extra important to keep an eye on policy updates and modifications.
