It is imperative to understand confidently the key points of your university. I alwys say that it is different to memorize something and to truly know it - once you truly know it you have the abiltiy to advocate. This is important in illuimnating the path the student will take. 

Creating and using the framework - outline of the Presentation, you can use value ppropositions based on the relationstion, repor that you have built and the features and benefits that are important to the needs of the prosepctive student. 

The Value is imperattive in creating the best enviornment for the prospective student and framing the institution as having a student centeric mentatlity. Value is defined by the experience of the prospective student. 

Exploring and understanding the best use of ethical enrollment practices gives a brighter more comprehensive look at how to maintain trust, gain commitment and ultimately utilizing this information which will result in increaded enrollment. 

I think that this module is about understanding and finding common ground. This takes listenting so you understand the students needs. 

Retention and best practices starts with the prospective student. Constantly self evaluating and making sure that you are implementing the best practives is imperative to conversion rates. 

I appreciate the awarness and value the importance of team work. Being aware of strengths and areas of copportunity create an optimal and more efficient working enrviornment. 

i believe that a shared vision and devided effort creates a stronger, efficent, and effective outcome. 

It is helpful and relatable what was tought in this chapter, in retrospect thinking about the students that I have interacted with., it makes sense the generational gap is directly related to generational gaps. 

It was informative to learn more about the generations and how they value specific communiction. It is helpful to identify the generation that you are speaking in an effort to communicate with them affectively.
