Daily learning objectives and standards are important this will allow students to prepare and follow the course lesson 

It is important to creat detailed lesons plans keep them labled and  organized for future use 

Always being prepared daily knowing the topic to be discussed and the level of student knowledge 

Instrinsic motivation is a great tool

Adult learners have different ways of learning allowing them to make choices on their way of learning will have a better learning experiance.

I like to use job story experiences in classroom lectures related to the lesson for better understanding.

This information is usefull in helping students with different learing styles.

In a daily basis I see  how students have different ways of learing styles. The new gerneration rely more on their technology.  And older generations prefer books rather than make use of technology.  By understanding this I can apply the different learing styles in the classroom.

I have learned to use the gaming approch in teaching in my daily teaching. And increase more hands on activities.
