As a part time instructor and a very long retail optical management experience, I confirm communication and collaboration are the key points for a successful on-line learning environment and an effective team player in a future work place.  

We believe that, the email, and social media add a lot to the learning process especially the on-line learning but at the same time we as instructors should  add some of work experience and share it with the students and creating some work field scenarios and get students feedback. This is will improve the student skills for their future work place.  

sharing a short biography between students and instructor will build trust, comfortability and support between each other and will positively impact the E- learning process  

As I learned, the technical , learning support beside the diversity learning experience will reflect positively on the student's performance and build a good and trust instructor- students learning relationship to reach the ultimate success.

Its good to build a healthy relationship with your students and start calling them by their names, by choosing the positive words, even your tune.

Professional Instructor style should be able to know their past Professional Instructor, school, students, subject, colleagues, and yourself.

Instructor should have that kind of spiritual charisma to initiate the supportive and motivate the students to reach their career goals   

BE A GOOD CAREER EMBASEDOR (MODEL) FOR YOUR STUDENTS. SHOW THEM (MANAGE)THE SKILLS AND TOOLS THAT THEY MAY NEED THEM FOR THEIR FUTURE CAREER, TRY TO BRING SUCCESSFUL STORY AND SHOE THE HOT DEMAND FOR THEIR CAREER (MOTIVATE).
