As an institution we must be honest with our students by giving them all the information they need and being truthful regarding potential employment opportunities after graduation.

It appears that if you are completely honest and transparent about your school then you can avoid any types of problems associated with the admissions process.

Proper training that is comprehensive and ongoing for all staff engaged in the admissions process either directly or indirectly is extremely important to ensure compliance.

It is important to gain both student feedback and employer feedback to better understand if your program and career services department are helping graduates succeed.

Creating workshops, interview practice and enhancing skills related to job retention all play an important roll at our facility.

I want to reach out to employers nationwide after this course to discuss their requirements and reasons for hiring so as to better prepare my graduates for success.

I learned the importance of the Career Services department, from creating a mission statement, providing appropriate services and setting the students up for success.

It is interesting to learn about the 10% cost of obtaining students. Marketing is key to enrollments and revenue increases.

The ability to plan for upcoming growth is essential to ensure continuity and that there are added resources in place to support and sustain the growth plan.

Student services can be instrumental in giving the confidence and motivation for students to succeed and graduate.
