I like the thought of reaching out to parents or other partys to get feed back.  This is a slipperly slope as well reaching out to parents as they often do not see or hear the whole story or process from their children.  Reviews are very important and we will continue to change and think of new ways to poll for new views.

I like the rubrics and will continue to revise them including adding a section about what areas did you struggle and how many areas would you change in the self evaluation.

Sylabus posted online with out proper interpretation from instrtuctor is not going to benefit students.  Sutdnets need to be made aware of were to locate and what key components are inside it.

This last section is a reminder to change things up yet keep them consistent to promote student engagement and learning.

The student wanting to challenge my teaching due to their knowledge is very tough to overcome, but with the rules by our organizaton and being Able to counsel helps out. Counseling over a chat is new to me and may try this on a minor situation. 

I will focus more on my chats to ensure no one is left behind. The thought that a student Could be overwhelmEd by students being a very Quick reader and typer did not cross my mind before. 

Adding a required student biography will help my self and the other students create a better understanding of everyone. 

For an instructor to succeed in delivering the materials corrcectly, knowledge and understandkng of all aspects of the platform is a must. 

Be careful with grading and not rewarding the lowest tests scores which Could hurt others if a cut off was not made appropriately. 

Pretests are a good idea for new subjects, topics, and courses to decide what level of knowledge is present and or needed.
