Social networking is great but has to be managed very closely to ensure safety and liablitily issues. I look forward to learning how to engage students more with the use of social media. 

Rubrics if not planned correctly could limit students potential. Never thought that the rubric could be used as a checklist and create lack of motivatio. Will have to plan accordingly to keep projects lively. 

Rubrics are not a way to grade all assignments but can help the students understand a project better and Also help the instructors grade assignemts easier. 

Procrastination is hard for many students to overcome and helping them understand the deadlines and urgency is needed.  Online trainging is hard for many students.

Using more tools in online classes help students stay active and involved.  The level, skills, and online knowledge the student haw will impact the sucess of the the technologies they are using.  Must be aware of the studetns abilities to help guide them if or when needed.

Leadership is where I excel based on this module.  I like promoted cohesiveness in the team and also am satisfied motoviating person to do their best.  I do believe I need help in the managing areas.

real Time communication will help the instructor and students understand materials much better. Procras on the instructors side to respond or make changes hurts everyone 

poor time management and making students understand how procrastination will negatively impact there grades are important for the instructor to remind students. Instructors must change up delivery methods regulary To keep students actively engaged

Rubrics make tough assignments easier to understand for students and easier for instructor to evaluate more equally 

Rubrics are a must to grade equally.
