Formative assessments need to continue throughout course to ensure understanding of

materials by the students and instructors

I did not know about the resources that allow the instructor to give verbal feedback and send back to students. I think this will help with the distance education and communication

Rubricks help me look at students work and assign grades much more easily and fair accross the board.

I have learned patience with the newer generations is a necesity as they see the world differently than us but yet they must be respectifull and follow netiquette.  

Code of conduct is a must and we have to be stand up and not allow students to push the envelope.  Extremely hard to real class back in if the instructor is not consistent or wishy washy.  I as well liked the rubric.

Ive learned that if we do not have good communication with the online students we will not be on the same page and students will not be getting the best communication.  Utilizing many different tools thorugh out the course will get different responses and interactions.

Keeping students engaged during certain topics is incredibly hard F2F and even harder online. Through different types of engagememt tools and change ups I can help direct and keep them on topic. 

Feedback from students and peers is very important. With student feedback I can tailor the lessons better. 

Keep working on organizing materials so students can follow material and guidelines easier to promote learning

 I need to incorporate more breaks in lecture with different tools to increase engagement
