I agree, and yet it seems to be very challeging to enforce, there's a lot of students that never abide by the rules no matter how many times you tell them, it seems like a continuous struggle, and also we have to walk a very thin line between enforcing the rules and alienate the students, I talked to some student about that, some told me we really want to follow the rules, but sometimes we barely make it to the class for a lot of reasons, and we have to put something in our stomach, and we can do that… >>>

I totally agree with Mr. Rupp, which is why make it a bit challenging to controll adults who tend to be inconsiderarte, and disruptive, I found that, it works well when I make my request more friendly, in a way that he or she doesn't feel offended.

in  feed back really need preparation and collect all the facts before give somebody a feed back

My take from this course is the timing involving the feedback, it is so important for the feed back is to be in timely matter, it depends on the urgency and the event, that triggers the feed back. and should be focused in the isuue away from any emotional factors, also when feed back, whether receiver or giver, should be well prepared and all information should be collected before is set forth, also some important factores should be taken into concideration like gender race, background and such.

I am going to apply a lot of the things that I have learned in this course, there is one in mind, thatI have some students that are really very quite and don't het invlove in the class room, I will start to make small projects and make small groups of discussion and try to make every one give his take, and by doing that i am interested to see how it works

what you do for students who are excllent in the class, yet they overwhelmed by reponsiblities on the job, and they have to come late, leave early, or no show sometimes?

try to creat small projects that students can work on as small groups and put him/her in charge of his/her group

I found that, it is a good opportunity to sit with student, and talk to him about how serious this act is, and can refelect on his ife and character, and give a constructive advise, and offer your help, and that will build a great trust, and also will change in student attitude in a big way

tha is really an other way to look at it when it comes to dealing with students stress, of course some of of them.

I found that calling students by their name when you ask question, will be very effectife to attract their attention, and reduce the possiblity of being bored in the class, and they feel important
