I guess that is a very smart way of engaging the students, and also give them more confidence and pay more attention that they might find something, and by that they increase their attention

I founf that the best way to get student more involved, after assessing why he or she dosn't engage, is to make a time to sit with the student and tell him the benefit of getting involved and offer your help if they need

A lot of time you keep repeat your self and remind students in so many different ways to keep food and drink outside the class room, and yet you have some students come with some kind of food, this quest is really hard to manage specially with adults students

If that is the case I would prefer to come close to hear him or her then try repeat the question to the class befor I answer the question.

The active learning methods are very effective way in learning with hands on, I intend to improvize even more by applying what I have learned from the course and the tips to make my class more productive

It was really very useful training topic,it touches the most needed topics that sharppens the skills of the instructor, for better knowledge delivery
