This module taught me that motivation and innovation can make a big difference in the workplace. I learned that sometimes you have to be willing to try new things and look at a problem from a different perspective instead of always doing things the same way. I plan to apply this by being more open to new ideas and finding different ways to make my work more efficient. This module taught me that building good relationships with people really comes down to how we communicate with them. It’s not just about what we say, but also about how we listen, respond, and make people feel heard and respected. I learned that things like active listening, empathy, understanding different communication styles, and paying attention to body language can make a big difference in how we connect with others and avoid misunderstandings.

I plan to use what I learned in my everyday communication, especially at work. I want to make more of an effort to listen before responding, ask questions… >>>

This module taught me that there are many different learning pathways. 

I intend to apply what I learned by being more intentional about how I respond, especially in stressful or challenging situations. Instead of reacting immediately, I want to take a moment to understand my emotions and consider the best way to communicate. I believe practicing self-awareness will help me become a better listener, communicate more professionally, and build stronger relationships with the people I work with.
