I learned that good outcomes can make true my points of view , I want to show real life scenarios in offices to help out students. As well that i know if i have a bad outcome of what I created I need to go back to the drawing board.

I would definitely need to be a better patient listening person, I have loads of empathy & I do put myself in peoples shoes and I do go home and sleep on it , but I try to resolve the problem before it starts , so once again I would need to be patient & listen , communicate SLOWLY { not try to jump ahead } . So the student feels heard not rushed , I would like to sit on many seasoned professional sales associates , so I could see , how when one tactic is not working how… >>>

Well since I am well educated in dentistry , I would "show and tell" in actuality bring molds and models of cases that i have worked on. I would tell them that dentistry has come a long way and it continues to grow.  I would emphasize that when i started dentistry we did not wear any PPE products {like eyeshields, gloves, masks, ect.. Now a days we have grown so much that is now mandatory for us to wear all of these items and then some, and that dentistry grows every year with stronger, faster products that new innovations are… >>>

I intend to show the student the soft skills in retrieving a patient from the waiting room to dealing with a difficult patient to getting the respect of the patient to be able to take x-rays a full mouth set to bringing the doctor into the room and introducing the doctor to the patient, while noting things about the patient that will help us in the future while treating them.

I hope I'm posting where I need to post because that is my intention.

Anyways I would start from A-Z on different ways to handle difficult patients in attitude towards the assistant as well as in difficult in the patient being a gagger, a pediatric patient with the ability to only hold one thought at a moment and still successfully taking an x-ray

Honestly in the dental field, I really don't think that i will use AI, but that's me personally. Other instructors may be able to use AI, but I personally feel like I want to be one on one with the student.
