I like to motivate my students through action and success in hte lab setting.  This is achieved by showing enthusiam to the student for getting a weld done correctly.

i Like the Idea of the midterm evaluation of the course and see how th pulse of the class is.

I like being an little lighthearted and having fun with students at the begining of class it seems to lighten the mood of the day.

i have found that having a postive enviroment is importatnt to student retention and behavior.

Adaptive learning can change the way we teach but time will tell on how well it works.

Finding a curriculumn that has many methods of technology to help with content delivery has worked the  best for me.  My district just purchased me excellant materials through g w publishing that helps me teach my cte courses.

Student are the focus and it is hard for an instructor to relate to the high technology driven world that we are moving into but it is necsessary to figure it at for the benifit of the student.

i have learnded that using the adaptive learning will help my delivery of instruction fit more students.

i learned to use technology to help with delvery of my subject content.  Also to take good notes in my lesson plans to help keep me on track and refine the objectives.

be clear when writing my course objectives. they should also be tied to e curriculum.
