This module reinforced the importance of coordinated faculty support, clear communication, and ongoing development. I learned how an instructor sandbox can provide convenient access to policies, training materials, and recorded meetings. I also plan to strengthen our faculty resource area with policies, evaluation rubrics, and recorded training sessions. These steps will help new instructors… >>>

As an Academic Program Director, I plan to apply this knowledge by strengthening our faculty recruitment process, ensuring compliance with ACCSC standards, and placing greater emphasis on industry experience and online teaching skills. I will also continue supporting faculty through professional development and regular evaluations to ensure our students… >>>
