Thank you for sharing. I thought teaching would be easier with the removal of cell phones. However, I feel like they focus so much on still having the phones and hiding them than focusing on learning. During instruction or a discussion, I tell them to put their chromebooks away so that they are not using any technology to use their critical thinking skills.

Thanks for sharing the key points on how to support millennials by addressing the relevance of balancing their personal life with their educational obligations, utilizing important tools that millennials use including Chat GPT, and the importance of proper citation to prevent plagiarism.

Milennial students are different. I appreciate your discussion about this population since a majority of students in the online learning space consist of this demographic. I suggest ways for students in this group to stay engaged and organized. In terms of using ChatGPT, I explain appropriate ways to use it to help them become successful in their courses, such as for generating ideas like you discussed as well as educating them on plagiarism and the importance of using proper citations and references for their sources.
