There was a lot of helpful information on reorganizing and rethinking of how you go about not only your job, but your everyday life as well. Reducing stress and optimizing your time at work and at home will great improve your productivity And he,p others in their life, too.

Sounds great! …I’m looking for learning how to manage my time better and reduce the stress of everyday life. I can see how it could help improve in the different aspects of my life. 

 

I'm also looking forward to this module.  I absolutely love teaching, but could always use some strategies for stress reduction!

 

I agree with you. I am a Program Drector in a career school with 5 other instructors on my tesm. I also Teach classes throughout the day. Therefore I have a lot of stressful days. When I prioritize, rethink my professional life and my personal lfe, relizing I have to leave the two seperated when I come through the doors each morning has helped me eto cope with a lot of my stress. I tell my students that while we are here we help our health by focusing on posotive things and the outcome instead of worrying about things on the outsie while we are here, becuse you are going to worry about them when you leave, therefore you are getting a break away from it while you are here! Enjoyed the class.
