Wow! what a class. Many of us have played the role of project manager at least once in their careers, often without the proper training or insight. Unfortunately lack of training in project management skills often results in excessive stress for the entire team, scope creep and a project that may never be completed within the specified time and budget frame.

ML115 has provided the essential road map to follow when assuming the role as project manager. The support forms are especially valuable for documenting various aspects of the project. i hope that others who have taken this class or those considerintg this class as part of their continuing education in their fields will find this class as valuable as I did.
