The webinar was by far the most interesting thing I have seen regarding training. I am an educational recruiter who has stepped out on his own to relate more to potential students and try to have a relationship with them. I appreciate the fresh approach. Hello Michael. To answer your questions on "information limits" I want to make sure I understand what you mean. If you are asking what should they answer or not answer I believe there is no limit here. I think the KEY is the AR knows how to handle the call effectively WHILE providing the information they seek.
