Adapting Your Admissions Training and Recruitment Tactics

I'm curious what DOA's and admission trainers are doing out there to adapt their programs to be ethical AND effective.  Please share your ideas on what needs to change.

The number one thing is allowing your admissions staff to understand the why behind ethical and effective. I believe in a motivational approach to admissions. This allows your staff to enjoy their career and focus on the students success first.

That's a great idea, David!  My experience has been similar.  Many people are happy to go along with change if they have an understanding of the importance and the "WHY" behind it.
