Stress Management

The "stop, breath, reflect, and choose" method is not only good for instructors but also for students.  The less my students are stressed, the less stressed I am.

Not only is the 'stop, breathe, reflect and choose method good for instructors and students, I encourage its use during externship and into their professional life.

Before making any decision that involve any type of emotions, write those thoughts in a email and send it to yourself, wait 24 hours, i can guaranty you that most provably you will change your mind next day

Delegating is certainly a way helping your stress level. This allows growth of the employee as well.
