TeamLeadership

Volunteering to assist with the workload of a team leader who fails to delegate v. speaking to them privately about their leadership style strike me as equally likely to lead to an improved outcome. How do you feel about this situation?

n It depends on the issue you are dealing with sometimes you need to help with the workload to show someone how to deal with workload and ways to oraganize. sometimes helping  them does not necessarily improve outcome becaseu they may rely on your to help them all the time.

I don't have a problem assisting anyone with their workload exspecially if it allows the job to run smoother : )

having deversity and class with diferent issues and personal problems is hard some times to see that specific a person with any desability till they comment or discusess with me or other profesors or instructors some students feel bad talking about it to minimize any form of sarcams from other students, I like to help students with issues and accomodate the learning enviroment to making them succesful and any task

I would like to think many leaders are open to being approached ablut their leadership style. I am always willing to help my leaders and I believe it sets a tone for my team as they are willing to assist me when I am in need. I work to empower my team and my leaders. The leaders in our orginization sometimes feel unsupported; I feel good when I can.
