I am glad that I took this course- always tring to find a balance in life and work. I started implementing the plan today. Recongnize the stress and refocus it so important. Great course!!!

I agree I learned some things in this course I had not thought of as well. The work/balance consideration continues to be challenging. I work in a very non-traditional environment in several modalities and facilities (including my home) as well as a clinic and a law office. Juggling those priorities can be very tough as well as determining the "priority of the priorities". Hence several of the strategies such as the daily log are very helpful and I can see the benefit of having something to do a time/motion study to assess how I can improve in the future.

I have taken many "stress management" courses, classes, read the books....But this course seems to sum everything up pretty well, and even gives some insight on how to recognize and deal with different types of stress. I think that this should be a priority for everyone to enroll in, no matter what rung of the corparate ladder the feet are on.
