Annmarie, I agree. Instructors should offer their course information in many ways in order to reach all of their students.

I've had classes that included new graduates from high school and those that have been out of

school for many  years.   There is a difference in how the older student learns verses the new high school graduate.

Offering additional assistance has always been helpful for me.

 

I find that implementing a variety of teaching methods also helps break the monotony of classes and also helps the students remain engaged.
