<p>I really like that idea Gilbert. &nbsp;I may steal it. :)) &nbsp;Many students have a lot of various work experiences and are switching to the medical field. &nbsp;Last quarter it was hard to get them to understand that the field has been going to all black pens for documentation that isn't computerized. &nbsp;I expected them to use them on all documentation that was handed in as my focus on the career expectations. &nbsp;Some argued that in their former jobs much work is done in pencil. &nbsp;I don't want them to have a rude awakening in their new profession if something as seemingly simple as what you are doing or other techniques that they will be using can be learned now.</p>
