<p>Besides my staff having times set for goals to be set I need timelines I work much more effciently knowing how much time I have to get things done. Especially when the goal or activity is something I am not crazy about doing if I have a timeline I will get it done otherwise it may sit on my desk for weeks. I like to priortize daily what I need to do and get it done especially in am when my mind is still sharp.</p>
